GTA, GhanaWeb sign MoU to promote cultural exchange and investment opportunities

The Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) and GhanaWeb have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote tourism, cultural exchange, and diaspora engagement.

The partnership aims to leverage GhanaWeb’s wider reach and strong diaspora readership to promote GTA’s events and activities.

Under the MoU, GhanaWeb will promote GTA’s annual “December in GH” campaign; create a dedicated section for the “Beyond the Return” project; support and participate in the Return Conversations Platform;  and promote investment opportunities in Ghana

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of GhanaWeb, Mr David Antwi, expressed excitement about the partnership, stating that it will deepen the relationships between both organizations and contribute to the growth and development of Ghana’s tourism sector.

The CEO of the Ghana Tourism Authority, Mr. Akwasi Agyeman, highlighted the benefits of the partnership, stating that GhanaWeb’s reach and readership will strengthen both organizations’ efforts to promote tourism and diaspora engagement.
