During the seven weeks of intensive training and practical work, the sessions were held online and face to face.

Topics treated during the training included, content management, mapping your business on google maps, creating Instagram pages and monetization, Facebook creation and page monetization, and SEO and SEM managing, including a certificate of recognition as a graduate participant.

Participants were also given GHc300 cash each as a trainee allowance, covering their costs incurred in participating in the program and to also use for some business expenses.

In an interview with some participants, they expressed their sincere gratitude to GhanaThink for the initiative and Y&S Professional Institute for hosting the seven weeks of training.

“I am a university graduate with no job. I participated in the Digital Jobs training which gave me exposure and advanced details on how to market my business online, creating social media pages, and monetization. I have also received GHc300.00 to cater for some expenses during the training period.  Currently, I have decided to manage people’s pages on social media at a low cost. I am forever grateful for this exposure”, one of the participants said.
