Reacting to the honour, Mr. Eduam described the moment as humbling and fulfilling. “It was a humbling and surreal moment. I’ve always been driven by the desire to make meaningful contribution in my field of work… so hearing my name called among such global trailblazers and changemakers was a fulfilling one. It struck me that indeed consistency pays,” he said.

He attributed the award to the hard work of his team and the relevance of their work in Ghana’s built environment sector. “To my incredible team, this award is a testament to our dedication and diligence,” he added.

“Starting and scaling businesses in Ghana’s construction and services industry hasn’t been easy… Having endured this rough terrain and being recognized globally… feels like validation of every sleepless night, every difficult decision, and every risk I’ve taken. It reminds me that excellence can be homegrown as well,” he noted.

He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Northampton, with research focused on sustainable leadership in real estate. He also holds professional membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (MGhIS), and the Ghana Institute of Construction (MGIOC).
