Grace Arthur, Country Representative and Consultant for Henley & Partners, has been awarded the Leadership Excellence Award in Wealth Management (Multinational) at the prestigious 9th Ghana CEO Summit, in recognition of her pioneering role in bringing investment migration solutions to Ghana’s growing high-net-worth clientele.

The accolade marks a major milestone in Mrs. Arthur’s over 20-year career, which spans banking, insurance, and now, investment migration, a still-nascent but fast-rising sector in Ghana’s evolving wealth management ecosystem. Her current role at Henley & Partners, a global leader in residence and citizenship by investment, places her at the centre of providing strategic global mobility and wealth preservation solutions to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs and UHNWIs) in Ghana.

“Two years ago, I embraced a bold new chapter as a Consultant with Henley & Partners introducing investment migration, a concept that remains largely esoteric in the Ghanaian market. There were doubts, even from close allies. I said yes. Today, I am humbled that this leap of faith is being recognised,” Mrs. Arthur said while receiving her award.

Her award comes at a time when many wealthy Ghanaians are exploring avenues for greater global economic access, legacy planning, and long-term wealth security. With increasing demand for expert advisory in cross-border financial solutions, Mrs. Arthur’s recognition highlights both her individual impact and the sector’s growing significance in Ghana’s financial services industry.

Prior to joining Henley & Partners, Mrs. Arthur had built a successful track record in managing premium client portfolios in top-tier banks, before transitioning to the insurance sector, where she oversaw high-performing teams and led high-net-worth initiatives. Her multi-sector expertise has given her what she describes as a “360° view of wealth, purpose, and possibility.”

Outside the boardroom, Mrs. Arthur is also a respected community and faith leader. As a Lay Preacher and Steward of the Methodist Church Ghana, she actively mentors young professionals and supports women’s empowerment and spiritual development initiatives.

Held on the theme “Leading Ghana’s Economic Reset: Transforming Business and Governance for a Sustainable, Futuristic Economy,” this year’s Ghana CEO Summit brought together over 500 business leaders, policymakers, and innovators. The Leadership Excellence Awards segment honoured individuals whose vision, influence, and integrity have reshaped their industries.

Industry watchers say Mrs. Arthur’s achievement not only reflects her personal resilience and foresight but also signals a broader shift in how Ghanaian financial elites are viewing and managing wealth, through global lenses and with long-term legacies in mind.

Henley & Partners operates in over 60 locations worldwide, offering strategic migration solutions in partnership with sovereign governments, legal institutions, and financial advisors. Through Mrs. Arthur’s leadership, Ghana is now actively participating in this global network—bridging local opportunity with international access.
