OmniBSIC Bank Enhances Customer Convenience with Relocation of Osu Branch

In a strategic move aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, OmniBSIC Bank has relocated its Osu branch to a more spacious and accessible location on Oxford Street, directly opposite SAS Jewellery.

The relocation reflects the bank’s commitment to modernising its physical infrastructure and responding to customer feedback on service delivery. The new premises feature a larger seating area to comfortably accommodate more clients, alongside improved security measures and an expanded team to ensure faster and more efficient banking services.

“This move is part of our continuous efforts to offer a better banking environment for our cherished customers,” said Gifty Adubia Siaw, Branch Manager of OmniBSIC Bank Osu. “Beyond the physical relocation, we are offering a more welcoming space, improved service speed, and stronger security for a safer banking experience.”

George Tetteh Ocansey, Divisional Head at OmniBSIC, highlighted that the relocation demonstrates the bank’s focus on customer-first solutions. “We are driven by the goal of delivering excellence in banking. The Osu community can now enjoy enhanced convenience and comfort when they walk into our new branch,” he said.

OmniBSIC Bank, created from the merger of OmniBank and Sahel Sahara Bank under Ghana’s 2017 banking sector reforms, continues to invest in technology, staff development, and infrastructure to better serve its growing customer base. The bank now operates 40 branches across the country, offering a comprehensive suite of services for individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.

The Osu branch relocation forms part of OmniBSIC’s broader agenda to support financial inclusion while upholding its values of integrity, transparency, and accountability. Customers can look forward to a modern banking experience in a refreshed and customer-friendly setting.
