Chalom Hights Debuts in Ghana to Empower Young Women and Advance Career Dev

A bold new initiative dedicated to women’s empowerment has launched in Ghana with the introduction of Chalom Hights, a not-for-profit organization founded by Rita Adu Boateng. The initiative is focused on equipping young women with the tools, mentorship, and guidance they need to thrive in their careers and personal development.

Chalom Hights is designed to be more than just a support system — it’s a movement to challenge limiting circumstances and inspire a generation of confident, capable women. Through mentorship, coaching, financial literacy, and career counseling, the organization aims to close opportunity gaps and nurture resilient female leaders.

“Our mission is to ensure that no young woman feels her dream is out of reach,” said Rita Adu Boateng, who also serves as the Executive Director. “Chalom Hights exists to walk with them every step of the way.”

The organization plans to roll out nationwide programs in partnership with government agencies, corporate bodies, and development organizations. By fostering collaborative partnerships, Chalom Hights hopes to expand its footprint and drive lasting impact in the lives of young women across Ghana.
