Executive Forum on Strategic Compliance Set to Strengthen Governance and Risk Management in West Africa

Senior executives, board members, legal professionals, and public sector leaders from across West Africa will converge in Accra on June 26, 2025, for the inaugural Executive Forum on Strategic Compliance™ (West Africa). The high-level, invitation-only event is organized by Eunomia Risk Advisory.

The forum aims to provide practical solutions to critical governance, compliance, and risk management challenges facing businesses and public institutions in the region. It will also explore how stronger governance frameworks can drive Africa’s broader development goals, including the African Union’s Agenda 2063 and the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).

Key themes on the agenda include anti-corruption enforcement, environmental, social and governance (ESG) frameworks, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence governance, and how leaders make decisions under regulatory pressure.

Renowned governance and supply chain expert Professor Douglas Boateng will deliver the keynote address. Other distinguished speakers include Tiffany A. Archer, Founder and Chair of the Forum; Ambassador Dr. William G.M. Brandful, former diplomat; Professor Marcia Narine Weldon of the University of Miami School of Law; Abena Asabea Asare-Menako, Chief Compliance Officer at Société Générale Ghana; and GuyChristian Agbor, head of the Global Association of Certified Anti-Illicit Financial Flows Professionals.

“This forum addresses the intersection of governance, innovation, and accountability that defines institutional success in today’s environment,” said Tiffany A. Archer. “Ghana’s position as a regional governance leader makes it an ideal venue for this strategic dialogue.”

The event is expected to provide participants with tools to assess regulatory risks, enhance institutional resilience, and build compliance systems suited to Africa’s evolving business environment. It also marks Eunomia Risk Advisory’s continued commitment to promoting ethical governance globally, following its involvement in major international compliance conferences.
