GSE suspends trading for December 6 public holiday

 

The Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) has announced that there will be no trading on Friday, December 6, 2024, due to the observance of the statutory public holiday in Ghana.

The Exchange in an email, informed all market participants and investors to take note of the suspension, emphasizing that normal trading activities will resume on Monday, December 9, 2024.

The announcement serves as a reminder for stakeholders to adjust their trading schedules accordingly during the brief pause in market operations.

“The GSE continues to align its operations with the country’s official holiday calendar to ensure seamless coordination across all sectors,” the notice said.
