The company expressed gratitude to its customers and outlined its plans to enhance accessibility, connectivity, and corporate impact in a statement.

To make its services more accessible, AT is set to open new customer service centers nationwide, focusing on underserved areas. This expansion seeks to provide seamless interaction and support for users across Ghana.

Recognizing the vital role of small businesses in Ghana’s economy, AT is enhancing its Business-to-Business (B2B) offerings by developing tailored solutions to help small-scale enterprises stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market.

AT is also investing heavily in network infrastructure to meet the rising demand for faster and more reliable connectivity. These upgrades aim to improve data and call quality, ensuring effortless communication for work, leisure, and personal use.

The company’s mobile money platform, ATMoney, will introduce new features to enhance user experience. These updates are designed to provide greater flexibility and convenience while maintaining the security and reliability customers depend on.

As part of its ongoing corporate social responsibility efforts, AT’s flagship initiative, AT Touching Lives, will continue to focus on raising awareness about Sickle Cell disease. In 2025, AT aims to deepen these collaborations to expand its impact even further.

By prioritizing innovation, infrastructure development, and social impact, AT is cementing its position as a leader in Ghana’s telecommunications sector. The company reaffirmed its commitment to simplifying life for its customers while contributing to economic growth and improving lives.
